Is Your Hair Crying For Help In The Tangles Department? Well, we’re here To Help You!

Tangled tresses are a problem that every woman does not deal with.  However there is a large group of women that suffer with tangled hair.  What a horrible pain to deal with!  Tangles can cause you to be anxious about your hair, and can be downright exhausting to care for.  Typically hair that is very dry or damaged can tangle very easily.  Similarly, hair that is very fine or very curly can also be prone to tangles.   Women that take their time mulling through their hair can come out with all strands still intact. But there are times that you may get fed up and you start yanking and tugging on your hair which results in breakage.  Handling with care is a must.  Here are a few ways you can control the tangles.

1.      Use a moisturizing shampoo for curly hair

Curly hair is different than straight hair.  Due to the texture of curly hair; its ridges, twirls or twists, can cause the hair to bump into each other and sometimes cling and curl to its counterparts.  This results in little curls forming knots around themselves making it hard to get through when it is time to style.   A moisturizing shampoo for curly hair will help to provide support for separating the strands by gently removing any build up on the hair strands, which can cause the hair to attract to one another.

2.      Use a detangling conditioner

Look for a conditioner that adds slip and slide throughout the hair strands.  These types of conditioners, like the CURLS Coconut Curlada conditioner will coat the strands and provide moisture and strength to the hair’s structure.  This conditioner will also relax the hair in a manner that releases tangles therefore delivering more manageable hair.

3.      Hydrate Often

Thirsty hair tends to be more prone to tangles than hydrated hair.  That is because dry hair and hair with split ends is lifeless and therefore does not follow the lead of the stronger, healthier hair.  So, hydrate, hydrate, and hydrate, by using high quality products to feed your hair strand and hair follicle.  Consistent conditioning will train the hair to behave in a conductive fashion.

So follow these steps for help with your tangled hair strands.  Over time you will see vast improvements on the behavior of your hair when you use a moisturizing shampoo, detangling conditioner, and frequent hydrating methods.
